The project required the demolition of the existing buildings on the site. Galbraith then undertook the pre-contract design, statutory consent and cost control before overseeing the works on site. The completion of the works was impacted by the Coronavirus pandemic; however, following lifting of restrictions the remaining works were swiftly concluded allowing this home grown Scottish business to open.
