Ardmore House

Galbraith were appointed as the contract administrator and principal designer for the refurbishment of the basement level common parts at Ardmore House. The project involved the installation of six EV charging points in the car park, a lighting upgrade to LEDs, and an improvement of finishes within the shared toilets, changing facilities and shower area. Galbraith liaised with an interior designer, prepared documentation for competitive tender and then managed the construction phase through to completion. The comprehensive service ensured that the project remained on budget, whilst achieving a high-quality finish.
