Following negotiating a successful cash settlement for the landlord, Galbraith undertook the design, specification and contract administration of a full refurbishment of the site.
The refurbishment provided significant investment into the building including a full replacement of the AC system, replacement LED lighting throughout, and installation of EV chargers. This resulted in the building’s EPC increasing from a C to a B.
Whilst managing the works on site Galbraith assisted in negotiating a new lease on the building and incorporated the new tenant’s requirements into the refurbishment project.
