The building surveying team were appointed to act as contract administrator for a service charge project involving the refurbishment of the main reception area and common atrium.

The completed refurbishment delivered an inviting, bright and spacious common reception area, which promoted a relaxed working environment whilst maintaining a modern professional feel.

Working alongside interior designers Form Design, Galbraith ensured that the project remained on budget whilst achieving a high level of finish. Having factored in specific tenant requirements, the completed works were well received by all tenants in the multi-let property.
