Following the strip out work being completed, the appointment was extended to include a project monitoring role to oversee the design and fitout of a high profile incoming tenant. Galbraith reviewed and approved the tenant’s licence to alter proposals before overseeing the works during their construction. The works were completed to a very demanding timescale and saw the opening of the first Jolibee outlet in Scotland.
