Using the wide expertise of our building consultancy team, Galbraith then assisted with various other subsequent instructions. This included the provision of a Reinstatement Cost Assessment to allow the Landlord to update their insurance policy, negotiation of the Landlord’s works contribution with the incoming tenant and reviewing and approving the incoming tenant’s proposed fit-out alterations.
Once alterations had been thoroughly reviewed and approved, Galbraith then monitored the tenants fit-out works and external repairs, before reviewing and agreeing an updated Schedule of Condition once works were complete.
