Simon Beeby

Simon qualified as a Rural Practice Chartered Surveyor and has over 30 years of experience in the North East of England, covering a wide variety of work types. As well as having a very broad grounding in all types of rural property work this included starting a residential sales team for a major national surveying firm before returning to a more consultancy based role. This is now focussed on planning and development for a variety of clients across the north of England, including the design, planning, disposal and delivery of sites from single house plots and conversions up to major strategic urban extensions.
