We have been instructed to handle the sale of the Newtyle Fishings, one of the most attractive and accessible double beats on the middle Tay, in all extending to 1 miles of predominantly double bank fishing.

The Newtyle Fishings originally formed part of the extensive Murthly and Atholl Estates and they are being offered for sale for the first time in 40 years.

The beat produces an annual average catch of some 135 fish over its 14 named pools. There is a charming wood lined fishing hut and lovely views in this beautiful area of highland Perthshire.
