We are delighted to announce Mathew Austin has joined us as an Associate in the Energy Team working from the Cupar and Edinburgh offices, assisting predominantly with telecoms as well as with other energy work.

With more than five years’ experience acting on behalf of the main telecommunications operators, undertaking valuations, Mat has been extensively involved in the acquisition and lease renewals of telecoms sites throughout Scotland, England and Wales.

Mat is an RICS-registered valuer who joins us from Cluttons, where as an Associate he carried out telecoms work from the operator’s side. An archaeology graduate from the University of Exeter, he enjoys playing sport, and once worked as a Special Constable.

Callum Woods is returning to the firm as an Associate following almost a year as a Land Manager with SSEN Transmission, where he worked on large capital projects throughout Perthshire.

A qualified Chartered Surveyor and a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers, Callum will be working from the Cupar and Perth offices.
