The United Auctions event, which features pedigree Highland Cattle on show and the sale of premium bulls for breeding, takes place at Oban Livestock Centre.
Galbraith is a long-term supporter of United Auctions, having sponsored its bull sales since 2010.
Isla Shaw leads the residential sales and lettings department for Galbraith in Stirling and across Oban, Argyll and the Isles. Isla has a keen interest in farming and rural businesses stemming from her family’s beef and sheep farm in West Fife.
Isla said: “This is always a fantastic event and a great opportunity for farmers to come together and celebrate the best of Highland cattle which are an iconic breed for Scotland with huge value for beef and an important role in conservation.
“It’s a difficult time for the farming sector at the moment with rising input costs and financial uncertainty but farmers are resilient and will find a way to adapt. Coming to the bull sales is an excellent opportunity to share best practice and prepare for the season ahead.”
Galbraith has significantly expanded its rural, agricultural and agency services with 79 staff providing comprehensive advice, land agency, valuations, natural capital and property services to the agricultural and rural sectors in Scotland and northern England.
