Wattie Barbour and his team in Perth has now been joined by Colin Stewart and Ian Hope (formerly partners with Hayes Macfarlane) to offer an agricultural consultancy service taking the rural team in Perth up to 7 experienced MRICS agents.
Colin provides advice on farm management, valuation and agricultural law matters. Ian offers expert guidance on subsidies, the new Basic Payment Scheme and manages CKD Galbraith's brokerage department. They both bring extensive experience of farm sales and acquisitions having dealt with some of the most prestigious farm sales in Perthshire and Angus over the last five years. They work closely with Simon Brown and Duncan Barrie in our Stirling office where our National Farms Sales office is based.

As part of this team of 7 AMC agents, Colin, Ian and Wattie assist clients access flexible and highly competitive finance for agricultural purposes.
