We are looking for a Surveyor to join our busy Rural Team in Morpeth to provide specialist knowledge of rural assets to our clients across Northern England. This role is based in Morpeth however travel to other offices and client sites offers great variety day to day.

Galbraith is a diverse multi-disciplinary Firm of Property Consultants with offices across Northern
England and Scotland, specialising in the rural, forestry, energy, commercial and residential sectors
with a growing presence in the emerging Natural Capital sector.

Your New Role


Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
➢ Involvement in all aspects of rural consultancy, valuation and professional work undertaken by
the firm.
➢ Assisting senior colleagues and taking a lead role in the management of estates and rural
property as the needs of the business demands.
➢ Valuations of all types of property and property related interests.
➢ General property consultancy including planning, wayleaves, sporting rights, access
negotiations, diversification project.
The Successful Candidate
You will be a recently qualified surveyor, who is looking for a new challenge. Highly motivated and a
self-starter you will be able to demonstrate a strong ability to develop relationships and promote new
business ideas, acting as an ambassador for the firm, promoting its services at all opportunities.
The role will involve travel and therefore a full driving licence and own vehicle is essential.
