Galbraith is a diverse multi-disciplinary Firm of Property Consultants with offices across Northern England and Scotland, specialising in the rural, forestry, energy, commercial and residential sectors with a growing presence in the emerging Natural Capital sector.
Galbraith has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Bookkeeper to join its busy Client Accounting team in Stirling. Your New Role The successful candidate will assist the client accounts team to provide a first-class accounting service to its clients.
Key duties include:
• All aspects of bookkeeping on Xero.
• Acting as the point of contact for queries.
• Preparation and submission of vat returns.
• Reconciliation of ledgers and maintenance of trial balance accounts.
To be successful
To be successful in this role you will have:
• Excellent team working and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• 2 years’ experience in a bookkeeping role – essential
• Experience of using Xero – essential
• Experience in managing multiple clients - preferable
Agri or managed estates client experience - preferable
Due to the location of the office, on the outskirts of Stirling, a car is essential. There is ample free parking on site.
